"The event had multiple components to it; many demonstrations, vendor booth exhibits, main stage coordination, plus Shawn Johnson was the keynote speaker. With over 60 vendors displaying & participating, and having over 20 demonstrations over the course of the six hour show, it took a lot of preparation, communication and coordination before the event, as well as the day of the show. Without Karen's involvement from a preparation and coordination stand point, and keeping the folks from the Gazette and Hy-Vee on task and focused on their responsibilities and timelines, we could not have done the show so well in such a short period of time."
